Well I did for the first time today and I must say, not bad!
For those that don't know what the "McGangbang" is, you purchase a McD's double cheese burger and the McChicken sandwich. Both are on the dollar menu and come out to a grand total of $2.14.
Now, what you do is you split the double cheese between the two patties and insert teh McChicken. You are now left with this beauty:

To tell you the truth, it was not bad at all. Pretty good.

i had one today also, i got the burger with just ketchup and mustard, they put a ton of mayo on the chix which was sweet!!! Best 2 dollar sandwich ever

well I got the mcgangbang today. I ordered the mcchicken regular, and the mcdouble (a double cheeseburger is more then a buck now, the mcdouble is a buck lol). I ordered the mcdouble with only onions. no ketchup.....etc. Put it together. Not half bad. Ya gotta kinda compact the thing to be able to bite into it, but it wasnt bad. Id try it again.

a pizza burger is usually a burger patty soaked and simmering in tomato sauce, then put on a bun with a slice of cheese. A patty melt contains no tomato sauce whatsoever. And just because you put ketchup on while eating it doesn't make it a pizza burger..... otherwise every sandwich with meat and cheese you apply ketchup to would be called a pizza burger
