And we aren't talking the Ruger pistols, lol. Yep, stopped by Gander in Germantown today and they have FN P90's for sale. $2200 NIB, they even have ammo at $50 a box. I remember when the only thing that cost a dollar to pull the trigger on was a .50 BMG:rolf

Neat guns though, have been going through my collection to see what I could trade in for one, but man the ammo would KILL me, and it's not like it's common, it's pretty much exclusive to that gun:wow

They have them at badger for about that price as well. Definitely a neat gun. I see them at gun shows for a bit cheaper, I think just under $2K. The mags are hella expensive as well - like $125-$150 for the 50 rounder I think. Expensive toy!

The new FN SCAR semi autos are also out now - anyone seen those at stores yet? I figure they are going to be pricey as well.

If you played COD4 Modern Warfare on Xbox, you would also know, it's the Newb Cannon on that game:rolf

The new SCAR MSRP is $2300.

But they're freakin sweet.

Before the Obama Administration, they had a P90 at Badger for $1500.

They may sell them but they can't work on them:rolf These are the same "gunsmiths" who can't figure out "assault weapons" like a 50 year old design SKS or 40 year old design AR:rolf
The waukesha store had a PS90 months ago but I don't remember if it was new. They look all cool but not a fan of hard to find, expensive ammo.

If I could get a full auto one, I'd love a P90. But the PS90 is kinda... pointless.

I think they look like a piece of a transformer that fell off.

meh... unless its cheap to shoot i have no need for it.. when i shoot i fire 100's of rounds.. that's why 7.62x39mm and 5.56 are my favorite rounds.

cool though for sure

Aero Precision makes an AR conversion for the 5.7 x 28mm cartridge called an AR57. It takes the PS90 magazine and mounts it to the top of the upper just as the PS90 mounts it and what would normally be the magazine well is now the ejection port. It's kind of neat, but as has been said, it pretty pricey for what amounts to a high velocity .22 pistol round. If anybody's interested, Midwest Shooter's Supply in Lomira has one of these uppers in stock. $775 IIRC...

5.7x28mm can be a nasty little bastard. If I ever had the disposable income for a PS90, Paperwork for an SBR would be in the works real quick.

QFT if you're spending that much for the gun what's another couple hundo to make it an SBR.

Yep, it is only money (and a few forms and a few more months) right!

Well...

I bought one at the show this weekend lol.

$1599, NIB.

I'm not sure the SBR is even worth it to me, its pretty frikken small already its only like 28 inches maybe total I'd have to measure it. I would think the longer barrel is more accurate...

Hey Jim if you picked it up today from the gun show wipe my finger prints off it! Nice gun for close combat, breaks down as expected and handles as nice or nicer than any bullpup I've handled (owned a few Muzzle lights in 10/22 and Mini 14).

Who did you get it from at that price? The no thumbs guy?

The Boom to Zoom big dealer place. I bought a few other things as well and he gave me a pretty good price on everything. I bought one of those GSG5 things since .22 is about the only cheap shooting ammo anymore seems like it will be a lot of fun, and the new cool aluminum .22 Walther pistol, same reasoning. My credit card is melting lol.

P90... GSG5... and the new cool aluminum .22 Walther pistol

Awww you are my new best friend....

Outta curiosity, since I <3 .22LR's, what did they get you for for those two?

BTW, Dunhams has Federal .22LR JHP for $18/400rds, I just bought a brick myself.

The GSG was $525, about $25 cheaper than I have seen anywhere. Popular gun so I didn't get much of a discount. The Walther was $325, which I thought was a great price. I am not sure of the model number but it is the new aluminum one where the slide isn't a conventional slide - its a hollow aluminum upper with the actual slide/action inside and ambidextrous cocking levers on the outside. Cocks super easy, which was one ofthe selling points - my wife and son have trouble cocking my Beretta Tomcat lol. Nothing on the outside of the gun moves, the action is all inside the gun. Pretty nice grip with a molded thumb rest type part. Supposed to be a very nice accurate .22 pistol, haven't shot it yet so we will see.

That's not bad for either of those.

I'll need to find out more about the pistol, I thought you meant a P22.

EDIT: This one? -SP22

Yeah I thought so. I did pay 2% for using a credit card plus tax so out the door is was around $350 but still pretty good I thought. Can't wait to shoot the GSG and the pistol. I got 1000 rounds of cheap .22LR for $40 as well!

Gander also has that badass .50 cal. Not a beretta but I would still love to have it in the living room. that is one gun I have yet to blast off :thumbsup
