Prayers Needed from BCM.

I know you guys are great at this, so here goes.

Back track about 9 years ago. I was an only child, my mom just got her MD and started residency. Finished in August of 2002 and has her MD in Internal Medicine and her PhD in Nutrition. Now, February of 2003 my mom, two months before her 46th birthday gave birth to my only brother. Less than one month after that she was diagnosed with Colon Cancer. Had surgery, did Chemo Therapy, and still practiced part time until Nov of 2003 when she was done with Chemo. Went on to create and run a program for obese women that took off at Wheaton Franciscan called Healty Way (upper body obesity is her PhD Specialty) and did GREAT with that! Cancer free since then, until now :crying

Just got a call from my dad while I was at lunch, she went in for a mammogram and they found some abnormalities. He was on the way to pick her up and take her in for a biopsy. My grandma (moms mom) also had breast cancer years ago, so it runs on her side of the family.

As for my mom, I know she is strong. Hell, she was still working while in chemo. They recently moved to Texas, and up to that point, I was living at home, so its tough not being close during all of this.

Thanks guys. Talked to my mom yesterday, she seems to think it's nothing, but then again, she always under reacts to everything related to herself and over reacts to anything with me!
