Since he got up and ran away I am sure he did not actually have contact with the tazer. If he did actually have contact he would have been on the ground convulsing. Funny though!

Ive had friends get tazed before and it did nothing to them.

I 've heard that with pepper spray, but since a Tazer using electricity to lock up your muscles, that seems odd to me. When I got tazed I wasn't able to do anything till it stopped 5 sec later, except fall down when one of the people holding me let go:rolf
