June 9th Advance Auto- 27th St. O.C.

I got the call from Advance today and their car show is going to be on June 9th at 5:30pm. It is located on 27th street in Oak Creek.

I might attend with a friend of mine ad his car since my car is still down.

I was there tonight. About 15 cars came including two AMC Javelins and an AMX! A Corvette racer, 69 Mustang, 70 Impala, a Honda with Lambo doors (I guess that guy works there, named Jaime) a black 70s Chevelle, customized 80s Camaro, a stock HHR Panel(guess who?). A group came together with a late 90 Impala, Nissan, Chrysler 300C Hemi, Olds Aurora, all with 20'' wheels. One Harley Sportster was there too.

i got the call too. but i had to work 2nd shift. from what you said doest seem like a good turnout. after looking through all the pages of peoples' names on the sign up sheet

I didn't make it. The car isn't done either and I spent 2 1/2 hours in the ER with my kid.

Figure a first night cruise with no advertisement, no freebies, no entertainment, 15 cars is kind of acceptable. The only advert was the sign up sheet in store and a few random mentions on some car forums. No listing on official calenders was ever made. I brought this up to the store manager and gave him the web site address for WNC
