Clu Carradine was cousin of Dave and she, all 4'9" of her really knew martial arts and could kick my ass. Anyway, Dave sometimes dropped in. He was a cool guy. The Kung Fu stuff was choreographed, I don't think he knew much about it. Guess I'll be sending condolences to Clu. We still talk after all these years. She raises and trains Samoyed dogs now.

thats because he didnt know martial arts when he took that role. it was originally supposed to be Bruce lee as he came up with the story but because he was chinese, the studio felt it would be better with a white guy that just looked asian so they gave the role to carradine. I dont think he EVER learned martial arts. Either way, RIP.
