According to the title, there was a loan against hte '79 Malibu I had bought that was started in like 2003, haha.

And that's a crappy car, haha.

I thought this was about car loans 23 years of duration. I wondered who in the right mind gives those and what cheap fucking bastard needs that. LOL

Does he owe money, as in he went to a title loan place to get some cash and they put a lien on it? I wouldn't think they give out 20+ year loans on a car like that, especially back then.
