Thats why you keep some of the big industrial zip ties in your safe right next to the gun. Zip the hands together, the the feet together then the hands to the feet just to make em feel stupid. Then rather than keeping the gun on him while waiting for 911 you can do more entertaining things like take cell phone pics to post online later, lol.

Then the guy can sue you for unlawful imprisonment against his will. I wouldn't be surprised if the asshole comes back to sue for assault in any way.

You can sue anyone for anything, doesn't mean you will win though. Just a way to burn money.

I like it. I'm glad the 911 operator took it for what it was. Remember a few weeks ago when a guy was getting burgled and he stole the burglars car? The operator got all bent out of shape and made the homeowner out to be the bad guy. I like this outcome better. :)

Yeah, pretty much as soon as you point a gun at him and tell him to lay on the floor he could try and sue you for imprisonment.

I like holeshots idea then, knife/gun in the hand and shoot the bastard.

Half way into the 911 call the owner should have yelled "he has a gun!" and then shot him in self defence, all on tape.
