Looking for info on some of the latest and best programs for first time homeowners. Ive heard from guys at work that Obama has some decent things going on like 2% mortgages, property tax credits, but they dont really know many details.
I would call some banks, but because I work 12 hour shifts thats not really possible to sit on the phone for a long time. Anyone know anything about this stuff? Thanks-Dan
