Paypal Scam

Open my paypal account today to see a 577.79 from pay@ownta.com. 2 Apple Ipod something or anothers. WTF. Paypal says file a claim on the internet, we cant help you over the phone. Did that, takes 10 days to review my case. My bank says come in and file a fraud report, did that takes 7-10 days. Any idea who else to contact about this? This is kind of alot of money.

Paypal does suck, but some ebayers only take paypal and only pay paypal so I need to have it.

I emailed the company of said email address and they refunded my money claiming it was an accident. This happened about 30 minutes ago, will be closing my bank account tomorrow.
