One of my best friends traded in his modded 03/04 Z06 for a brand new 07 Mustang GT. As fast as the Vette was he couldn't stand being classifed with other Vette people and it was just too crazy to drive all the time. He absolutley loves his Stang despite it being considerably slower.

I would imagine that being classified as a Mustang owner is worse than being classified as a Corvette owner...

You would think so from a distance. But when you show up to Corvette club events and everyone is 65 years old, driving a bone stock Corvette, wearing corvette labled clothing from head to toe and thinks that pushing the car is going 3 mph over the speed limit you find out that many of the owners are pretty damn lame.

That's too bad, my 26 yr old friend has a 02 C5 with a few things done to it. It is one nice ride. My evo keeps up just fine on the road course though :D
