Caliper painting question

[Plum Crazy]

I want to do something to my truck, i was thinking about painting the calipers, but im hung up on the color.

I want to do silver to match the stripes
My Dad thinks Red is the way to go
My neighbor says he would go with just black

Any input is appreciatied!

You know you will never paint them red. At least that is what you told me. Black or silver will look good.

I would go subtle, black or gray/silver. Red is overplayed on dark vehicles.

i'd go silver... but if you've got brake brackets, do the brackets silver and the caliper itself black, or vice versa... undecided how i'm gonna paint my big breaks, but it's going to be bracket one color and the caliper a contrasting color...

Paint them silver and put some black letters on them, dodge or ram or something.

Side note, I would debadge that truck, it would look so much better without the huge chrome 1500 and 4x4

I wouldn't do the red. I would either go with black or silver. The silver would tie nicely in with the stripes though.

I wouldn't paint them. If anything powdercoat silver.

I say black you go with a light color like silver they will have black spots on them from the brake dust. I dont think red is a good option since you dont have any red on the truck unless you get some fuzzy red dice
