Regardless the scope of this plot, dont bother using
TW Cables internet between 4pm and 6:30 pm. It
apears they shut down completely for a few hours
every day......waiting to see a break on my bill for it...

I've never had my TWC internet go down between 4pm and 630pm....

Mine doesn't go down but it gets slow as shit.

Once my connection is set-up during install, I only have outages 1-3 times a year, and that includes overnight, since my work computer runs processes all night. TWC has had reliable service, but their customer service and their ability to set-up, change, or modify services is horrible. I routinely have had to spend HOURS on the phone and dial in and speak out my phone number a half dozen times per call. Frustrating.

But few outages for me! :D

My TWC interweb is working great as always. Their cable service I can do without though, thats why I have directv :)

cant do anything at all. Must be my area because the
neigbor is fuming over it. Fast otherwise.

No issues in West Allis aside from the tech putting in an unneeded splitter which then led to a low signal. Called, they were here in 2 hours. All great besides that.
