The `04 5-door SVT Focus' with the EAP package (heated Recaro seats, HIDs, wheels, etc) are very hard to find because they were only made one year, guaranteed to be a collector’s item in the near future......:headbang

Say what you will but the SVT Focus can't be beat in the 'bang for the buck' category, sure you can find something 'nicer' but for an relatively inexpensive DD it's perfect.....:thumbsup

this one is better!

I hope you aren't being serious, the new Focus' are pathetic......:punch:

I like that highly optioned focus myself but it wont work for my needs.
I really had no idea what I wanted to buy next but have figured it's going to be the Lincoln badged F150.

Lincoln Mark Series gone pick up truck, it don't get any more American than that.....:thumbsup
Hopefully if I can make these heaps I have now last 17 more years till I can afford that Mark LT. :rolf
I like the G37 too but have no use for a small car.

BMW 123d. File this car under "not for U.S. sale". This would make a great commuter (it's diesel) that you could use for groceries and autocross. :thumbsup

thats a good lookin car. and if its a diesel, im sure the mileage rating is 40+ mpg... why would that NOT be available in the US????

And my DD is going to be an 87 S10 Blazer once I finally finish the work on it. If I had to choose? I wouldn't mind a new crew cab long box 4x4 duramax :thumbsup

I miss mine. No vtec in mine either. Mine was loaded with moonroof, too. every body panel ecxept the trunk was dented from where it got rolled, and it had tire marks down the side from getting sideswiped by an Exursion. Loved that car....

I looked for an SVT Focus for a while last year and never found a decent one.

Most get beat or riced, or both. Or people are asking WAY too much! At the end of the day it's still just a Focus. Ebay link, $10k, :rolf:rolf:rolf

So instead I broke down and got a Mazda3 since ford won't sell the decent Focuses in the US it's the next best thing.

TL's are lame. Low end wanna be luxury sports sedan. I do like how they look, but why would you buy a TL when you can buy a 3 Series or a G35 that both come in RWD or AWD. F(ail)WD is gay.

Here's my ideal DD. 2009 G37x S.

They do not make an STi wagon in the US. They made the wrx in a wagon though.

Right, no Sti wagon, well at least till 2008. I DD my evo for a year but it rode kind of rough, the GF didn't like that so much, haha. So now i got the civic SI and it is a pretty fun car for a daily driver. Handles about 3/4 as well as the evo and its always fun to rev to 8k +. I could use a little more low end torque though.

I love my Acura Cl Type S for a daily. It's quick, rare, works well for my profession and gets good MPG.

whoever posted that audi a5/s5, those cars are HOT!

I'd love to have:

http://www.automotiveaddicts.com/magazine/images/2007audis8/2007AudiS8BeautyLeftFlat01FixedTwoSmall.jpg

Audi S8

the S8 features a 5.2-liter Lamborghini V10 engine. While the S6 offers 435 hp, the S8 delivers 450 horses.
0-60 in 4.9 seconds, AWD, huge and spacious inside. Base price is 96k so someones gotta have some ching for one of these.

Or even the Audi A8L
http://www.autocult.com.au/img/gallery/TorqueOmata2176.jpg
Its more luxury based, but still has a 6.0L W12 cylinder engine also making 450hp and 0-60 in this is 5 seconds flat. This is also AWD. Even more ching, starting at $120k MSRP
