Anyone know how to fix an Xbox?

I have a shot dvd player on my box and need help getting it replaced. I would most likely like to just pay someone else to do it since I dont have time to fix it myself. TIA

You should see what they can do with an xbox and ps2 here in korea. EVERY one has a modded xbox with all different color lights on the front. You can save games onto them, put bigger hard drives in them, and play burned games. Its the same for the ps2 minus the hard drive.

Been there done that. Yoosof I stated to check out www.xbox-scene.com and look through the tutorials. I know you can switch to a couple different DVD-roms. Its an easy swap. If its too much I can do it for you with my old dvd-rom from my old box for $75. While I am at it if you buy a specific chip we can do that too.

i had a 20 gig hd in mine so i wouldnt need the frickin dvd rom
i just stored all my games on that

How would you get the game from a disc to the Box?

FTP, but you need the DVD disc to do it, unless you dowloaded it from the net.
