2010 Camaro. On the road!

I saw my first one on the road on Friday night. Black one going south on Hwy 12. In my rearview mirror it looked awesome. From the side, ehhhh. Ok. From the rear? A little odd. I guess I never noticed the trapezoidal openings around the tailpipes before. I didn't like that. And chrome around the tailights? Is that standard? I didn't like that either.

Other sightings? 2 new Challengers. Not odd in itself. But they were dirty! I've never seen a dirty Challenger. Also, I saw a Porsche Cayenne, towing a trailer full of lawn equipment. Lawn tractor, roto tiller etc. Now that REALLY looked odd.

I am actually not a big fan of the new camaros. If I had to pick it would be a new challenger.

The chrome around the taillights is more styling from the first gen.

when i first seen the camaro i thought it looked badass. now not so much, i think dodge hit the mark with the challenger, just an all around badass looking car

I want to see a flashy one. I'm hoping that the one I saw at the auto show in March just looked lousy because it was grey. I really wanted to like them, but that one I saw was just so blah. Maybe a really gaudy one will be better.

They are. I saw a yellow one today going north out of Burlington on Hwy 36. No chrome around the tailights. Much better. And much better in yellow than black.

the dealer next to my house has a red one sitting on the lot. has a sold tag on it though. overall i don't mind it. it reminds me waaay to much of the challenger, in which i got sick of seeing fast. the car is bigger than i though it would be. not too bad though.

There were two 2010 Camaros at Solid Gold McD's last night, a bright red RS, and a bright yellow. They were nice.

I was getting on the freeway by the airport this evening and saw three in a row around 7:20pm heading south on Howell Ave, right by the Clarion hotel. The first one had IL plates on it, I didn't notice on the rest. Silver, blue and yellow...

Tues night pulling into the hartford hospital parking lot for baby classes, there sat a bright red base model V6 10' Camaro with IL plates. I looked at the thing for about 5 min even though we were already late. I must say im in love with these cars. I was going to send the monte down the road in favor of a G8 GXP in the next few months but i might have to throw all practicality to the wind and get a base model SS Camaro for a new DD.

I saw one yesterday on I94 going south to Chicago.... had Michigan plates.
It was a burgundy/maroon color, which I did not like at all.

DO IT!!! Strippo SS would be hot!!! Grossinger Chevy in Palatine, Ill. has a red RS in the showroom.....gorgeous!!! Loved the wheels and overall look.
