Me and some guys I worked with at a shop did something like that to our boss once. We hooked up the windshield/washer pump to the brake lights (and a relay so it would stay on after activation) and then re-routed the tubing under the carpet and seat to point up at his crotch. Still laughing about that one :nutkick
