Got my second strobe working, and went back to change things up a bit. Thoughts? Opinions?

1, just cause I'm a sucker for black and white.

Maybe a combo of the two? Black and white nature, color car....??

looking at both again, the color shows more detail on the car, but I like the b&w with the trees and sky....

I would say diffuse the light a bit. Makes your highlights a bit smoother and accents the curves the bumper.

I like 1 & 2...but the glare on the bumper has to go...you did asks for thoughts and opinion...but i'm old...so they don't mean much...

Both great opinions and suggestions. I'm going to bring my other stand along next time I do something like this and my umbrellas to shoot through. Should help out.

Nick your right..the umbrellas will difusse the light...what about trying light bouncers....silver or white ..you can aim them at the car or person the way you see through the camera....you'll need extra help unless you get stands to hold them....i've used them on out door shoots insead of fill flash...work great...talk with Jeff dobbs at mike crivellos on bluemound...maybe he has a pair you can borrow...
