Tank sumping

Does anyone know a good place to get a tank sumped that does a good job? I have the comp engineering kit and need soemone to do the drilling/ welding.

Do you have a welder? It's very easy to do.

i do, but this is for a customer car and was hoping someone could either tig it, or at least hit it with a GOOD welder, I dont trust myself with this little century that we have here, plus the metal is so thin.
