Wow, I was going to suggest Hansen's as well. They've always done a great job with my venison processing needs. Hopefully they're not closed up.

They sell all that shit at state fair so I guess you can in some way, shape, or form.

That being said... what Scott is implying is that if someone gave him some venison sausage, he'd give them some money in return as a finder's fee... ;)

Thanks guys. This person is actually leaving for a trip this evening and is going to take this with her since wherever she is going they have never had the stuff. So online ordering wouldn't work but local pickup would. Either way someone came up to her in the office and said they had some so she is covered. At least I know who to hit up when I need some now!

you prob. won't be able to get it right now...most places that do process it only process it around hunting season and a few months after. With that they don't sell it like you would say pork or beef.

Turns out that Karls doesn't sell venison but they will do your venison all year round. I've taken mine there many times as they are an award winning sausage maker. You have to watch out for the seasonal guys (like one on 71st st in West Allis) that don't trim out enough of the deer fat.
