a 2 part tire question

i probably could of done this a month ago but does anyone know where i can get two snow tires taken off and summers put back on for cheap, really cheap? i know i can go to firestone or whereever but i was looking for a deal. also my buddy has a little curb rash on his mercedes amg wheels and i told him i would check to see if anyone might know where to get them fixed up, if curb rash is even fixable, i dont know. thanks everybody.

Walmart is very cheap on taking tires off and putting different ones on. I use them all the time.
