break, youtube, porn :rolf sites are all slow on my new to me Laptop. Facebook is odd, when I'm commenting on another persons page as soon as I type there is a delay. So if I type fast and stop letters will still be coming up and up, almost like .5 seconds off.............. weird ?

I recently downloaded the newest version of adobe flash player, but still its slow and looks like a robot ?

I have road runner and the only thing that I did when I stopped using my PC is unplug it and plug it right back into my laptop and walla it worked.

Any help would be great because I would think this computer would be good to go.

Sounds like something is sucking up your cpu cycles. Bring up the task manager - processes tab - sort by cpu. That will tell you what process is using your cpu. System idle process should be the predominant one if your not actively doing anything else.

It's probably the new version of flash. It's killing everything.

Open up a terminal and type "top". It'll show you which process is using all the CPU.
