im in the process of re-upholstering my seats and needless to say 36 year old foam looks...ummm.. interesting. is there any place local that could template my exisiting foam and make new ones? i can buy the foam pieces from a Z supplier but their prices are rather high.

Thanks

Give Jax seat cover a call. He was able to redo the foam in my seat. He also may be able to order reproduction foam if yours is too far gone.

if the seat foam is $89 i would just buy that one because making a repop will cost atleast that much and will be pretty close to origional. most factory seat foams have listing wires molded inside to hogring the covers to. to buy decent quality foam to shape isn't cheap either, but anything is possible.

if you want to build the foam up a little why dont you use some headliner foam, its about 1/4" thick and works perfect for layering up the seats.
