There are members here that swear RFB is a gimmick and do the same on a standard wheel balance and you would never know the difference. There is a place in Waukesha and I believe Coop can get it done for you. AKA Jimmy MF Johnson.. If you insist on RFB

If your talking staticaly balanced on vehicle Pomps used to not
so long ago. They use a Hunter wheel balancer with a static probe
resting on axle, I used to get 445/85-22's on cement trucks to
spin 100+mph smoothly with the unit (New Berlin 262 782 7757).

i work at a dealer (palmen motors)and the hunter machine we have is okay, but i still get some vibrations at 70+ mph, i was just curious how much it costs, if its outragous(more than 20 bucks a wheel) i just rebalance them at work and live with the vibration.

IIRC it runs around $20 a wheel. I cant tolerate vibrations at any speed. I normally get vibrations over 100. And yeas I do tend to driver those speeds.

2qts of antifreeze in the tires goes a long way to end the high
speed vibration. There is a silca based addative that does the
same thing, costs more and is cauled "Equal".

Road force balancing is NOT a scam in the sense, the only reason some people say that is certain situations don't require it.....

road force balanceing equalizes the side to side movement(roadforce) by swapping position of the tire on the rim. a tire and wheel can balance perfectly, but if the roadforce measured in pounds is too high there will still be vibration,if the road forece is too high it can not be corrected by anyother way than tire repl. and Yes we do this at my work.
