Black Crown Vic

Friday, I saw a black Crown Victoria, everything on it that could be black, was black, and it had been a police car, it still had the bars on the grille, the light by the side mirror, etc....dark tinted windows....It looked evil and cool....anyone's here?? I saw it near Hwy 100.

I was out in that area Friday but , my car does not have push bars or a spotlight.....Vics do looked pretty wicked all blacked out.....:shades
