I would doubt it for two reasons...the weight and the strength of the diesel would be difficult for a unibody car to deal with, especially with a FWD drivetrain layout (IE, still tough if configured for AWD).

there is no reason why GM would want anything to do with the disaster known as the powerstroke diesel. junk junk junk.

will be interesting to see what ford comes up with for their next diesel powerplant though. hopefully will sport a cummins. that would be the best truck on the market without a doubt.
