depends on what you call energy...look at the movement of the clouds...after effect would be wind...wind does create energy...i like #1 as well...exposer was good and the detail of the clouds came through as well, as color......i did however like #7..i would of showed more of the sparks on the bottom half...but that's me...all pics were good as stated....

I'm not even participating in this contest but that's pretty much a bush league move and utter abuse of mod power... not to mention just general disrespect and blatant illiteracy. Yeah, sure they have to start from behind but that's not even close to the point here.

I apologize to the mod who did this for voicing this sentiment but you should have to play by the rules like everyone else....

I couldn't agree more, granted it's not the end of the world but it does question the fairness/validity of the contest on all levels. Also, being the first vote it really sets the tone for all contest voting to follow......;)

For the record though the due date and time was posted when I first made the thread. I only edited out the ability to "edit the photos as you see fit" and some of the other more liberating options to make things more fair.

I'm going to stick to more strict policy on the next assignment though, so if people can't get me their photos by the due date/time, they will not be entered. After all, they would have had a month.

I'm thinking of making this next one 14 days? Thoughts everyone?
