kinda cool :headbang

Hate to burst your bubble - but you as well as every other unfortunate soul that put their name in the basket will "qualify for a 3 day carribean cruise"

You didn't win anything. Those are scams. They'll want you to pay a bunch of money up front.

Before you get too excited, I believe it is a 'time-share' sales seminar deal where you have to go somewhere, sit for a few hours listening to them try to high-pressure sales pitch ya, then even if you say no to the time-share, you still have to spend like $50 certificate fee, then book through one of thier approved airlines to get to the port, and etc, etc...

Honestly, the 'package' they are giving away is, technically, free, it just ends up costing you all the incidentals to take advantage of it... So, figure like $400-500 per person, which is pretty cheap for a cruise...

We have been houded with marketing calls form some new place out in Brookfield or Waukesha. The are giving away like a 4-5 night get-away with airfare to any city in the US. Couldn't get us to answer the phone, so they started sending mailers...

Just be careful, some of these places (usually the ones out in Vegas) have been to known to even be fronts for some identity theft rings...

^^yup what ha said...
i went to one of those "seminars" and after they talk to you in a group they take in individualy into a room with a sales person and try to pressure you into it again...
i about punched the guy after telling him i didn't want to buy anything...eventually just got up and walked the fuck out.

Scam.I won 3 day Vegas trip so they told me on the phone, when you get there they pressure you to buy a 25 vacations package at they're condos that they claim they own,i guess kind of like time shares.and when you say no they pressure you even more. After about 1/2 of that i just got up and walked out.

We won an "actual" cruise recently, through a different raffle. We have to pay the taxes on it, then I guess it's legit. Yay. I'm terrified of airplanes and deep water. This should be just.........awesome.

like said before....its a round up. not really a scam

they give you a FREE 3 day cruise if you goto a meeting that tries to sell you time shares

if you are good at ignoring, you get a free cruise..but does cost you about 300 a person after flight and other stuff

I finally answered after the 4th call since the Auto Show. Same deal, $189 or such and have to attend some lame seminar. The lady asked if I could come in last Saturday or this evening but I was "busy" :D. Darn.

It sure was......:thumbsup

When the guy working that booth tried handing me a raffle ticket I said "no thanks", and after he tried pushing the issue I then proceeded to tell him WITH CONVICTION that I hate Mustangs with a passion (I actually like them a LOT :) ) and would NEVER want to win one. He looked at me with this "WOW then, Okay" look.....:rolf :rolf :rolf

Needless to say he wasn't bugging me anymore to fill out that fuck!ng crap......:devil
