I'm confused.

If HE had it for a while, why would she be posting that she got a blood test done and she's HIV positive? Plus, she doesn't seem very concerned. I think she already knew she had it, or more likely this is a hoax.

She would of had to of been the one with HIV, if she got HIV from him it wouldnt show up on a test the next week.

It is probably BS though, probably some girl that was pissed a guy banged her and left and posted that trying to scare the shit out of him.
