Throttle cable bracket hits my valve covers. Trick Flow Street Heat manifold, one inch spacer, tall valve covers to clear roller rockers, one inch EGR delete plate; EGR delete is about 3/4 of an inch thinner than the BBK 75mm egr plate that was on it. Putting the thicker EGR plate on will not help. Short of going with aftermarket bracket and cable, anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I had a similar problem and was able to just trim off everything under the throttle cable on the bracket and it cleared.
You could also maybe try a 3/8 in egr delete/ cable bracket

I will look at it and see if taking a grinder to it will give me the added room. maybe take the grinder to the valve cover if needed. 3/8th Delete won't work, I have to space the throttle bracket out from the 1 inch spacer as it is to clear the fuel pressure regulator.

Update: (I'm sure no one cares, but I'm bored.) Took the grinder to it. Took off where the TV cable mounts (good thing I ditched the AOD), had to ditch the cruise cable and clearance the bracket where that should mount in order to clear the FPR. I am gonna get another bracket and see what I have to do/make to retain my cruise, but for now, this will work fine.

I had to ditch my cruise and shit too and I don't miss it.

SHit is a tight fit, but it works.
