Me in South Korea

Well I'm in south Korea. I've been attached to 2nd ID (2nd Infantry Division)

Sofar its been ok. We're still in processing. We're 15 Hours ahead of centeral time. Which means we're also a day ahead. Its around 30-40's here which isnt to bad.

Theres one thing I noticed. Since they dont have smog stuff here everythings turbocharged! Also 90% of the cars here are hundyais! I think the reason all the cars are turbo'd is because they dont have anything more than 6 cylinders and thats their alternative.

About the turbos... Yeah, I heard something like they have to pay a huge tax for each cylinder over 4.

Well I havent really looked around that much yet because where I currently am (Camp Mobile for in processing) isn't my permanent duty. I've been assigned to 4th Squadron 7th Cavlery.

I found out that the barracks have cable and dsl internet connections that I can subscribe to, so I'll probably buy a laptop over here.

At the Big PX (Camp Casey) the stuff is fairly cheap. Theres some stuff thats the same price but theres also some thats alot cheaper. Like the Band Of Brothers tin can dvd set was around 120 at Sam Goody and here its $70.

Also well walking from camp mobile to casy I noticed a VERY long alley FULL of clubs lol.
