.........Flat clear coat. Just one small spray can's worth. Where do they sell it? I need it ASAP. I know paint supply stores might have it, but they are usually pretty pricey.....I'm looking for cheap one.

At this time of night (morning!) the only place that might have something like that would be a SUPER Wal-mart.....:banana1:

Dullcoat can be found at Hobby stores too. Testors or Tamiya brands.

Yup! Used Testors, it rocked!! :thumbsup
Farm and Fleet should have it, I always have a hard time finding the non gloss spray bomb but last time I found it, it was at Farm and Fleet.

I ended up going to Michael's Crafts.....they had tiny little spray bombs in the hobby section. I only needed to paint a very, very small thing, so that tiny can was perfect.
I never thought to check there. How small is tiny?

Little 3 ounce cans. they are $3.99 each, and dry very quickly. REALLY nice product, if you needed to paint a small accessory it would be perfect.
Sweet, thanks :) I have some interior stuff I would like to do and I don't need much at all. I will try that stuff out.

Kinda, I guess more decorative, though......custom metal piece made for the '79, it's supposed to have a rough-finished look to it, but I didn't want surface rust developing, so clear coat was a necessity. However, gloss clear would NOT have worked out, so a flat clear was needed. I was just so happy that I was able to find some, it worked GREAT.
