Hmmmm where have we seen that slogan before..... For some reason it makes me think of drinking..... Nah there's no way the state would be dumb enough to link themselves to a slogan from a liquor company..... but wait....

Actually, I read yesterday that indeed Bacardi and a SLEW of people and companies including some personal trainer that have copyrighted or have been using that very same slogan are all preparing lawsuits lol.

I see this as a huge waste of money not just the whole damn slogan and campaign costs but Wisconsin wasting a bunch of our taxpayer money defending lawsuits now...

Wisconsin should not have to be the one defending the lawsuit. It should be the less than competent ad agency the state paid to make the slogan. They should of done there homework and checked copyrighting.
