I need a home inspector. The one I was going to use is in Vegas taking advantage of the foreclosure crisis there. :rolf


I'd like one that has all the goodies:
Able to test for mold and tell me if it's the kind that's going to kill me
Able to test for Radon on site
Able to tell me how bad the foundation really is
Able to inspect chimneys
Able to do drain tile flow test
Able to do sewer flow test and tell me the chances of it having crappy orangeburg pipe
Has one of those fancy fiberoptic cameras for looking into ductwork and sewer
Able to tell me how close to being dead the HVAC system is


I'd really like one that has an infrared camera so they could check for heat loss on the house.

The chimney and mold one is probably the most important to me.

Landmark has a place called "Bednar Home Inspection Service" advertised. Is this guy any good? Any other suggestions?
