Ever notice how when your driving I-94 thru Gary IN. it
looks like crap? They never make these lists, I believe
Gary is probably a beutiful area and they just hide all there
crap near the freeway to keep low lifes like me away???

I just keep having this vision of crystal clear creeks and
free beer just out of sight and they keep the crap in view

that place is a hole. im really not sure why. its just a big industrial city. everyone i talk to tells me to NEVER stop in Gary, IN.

I've been just about everywhere in the country. Gary ranks right up there with Detroit and the 'hood' that surrounds Wash. D.C (I went there in 2000).....especially the east side. :durr

Truly surprised Beverly Hills didn't top the list. The ultra-rich communities tend to be the type that although seemingly have it all, are almost never happy. :rolleyes:

And no, not saying that from a liberal point of view, just as a statement that money doesn't buy happiness.

It sure as hell helps yeah...but there's a lot of dirt poor, stoned folk out there collecting Gub'ment checks that really don't have a care in the world. And guess what, they are happy.

It's all perspective...nothing more, nothing less.

You are correct there but mot of these things are specific to small area's, the city as a whole needs an overhaul

I'm indifferent about Milwaukee. I really love the spring, summer and fall... but seriously... FUCK winter. I'm so sick and tired of winter. There's nothing to ******* do during the winter... it just totally blows.

I'll probably leave after my dad moves to PR (once he retires). I've been eyeing up Oklahoma City. My company has a plant there, so I could just transfer and it'd be a done deal. I've watched the weather there over the winter, and it never dropped below 40 (for the high). I'm just so ******* done with snow and bitter cold.
