Rubber Playground Mulch

I'm looking to get around 2-3 tons of this stuff. I'm having a hard time finding some locally. Does anybody know where to get some?
Looking to fill a 20'x30' area around 3" deep.

There was a bunch of black at south shore park, but it looked like you needed to heat it up to bond it together.

i think wal-mart sells it....granted you'd have to buy a lot of bags to fill that much...though you may be able to bulk order some?
