Everyone has a preference to one product or another. Personally I use all 3M products and have never had a complaint , but hay thats just me. Use what ever you feel comfortable with. Experiment with different stuff and find what works to your liking. I will spend 8 to 12 hours detailing my Goat before a show When it comes out this spring it may take an entire weekend to get to where I am happy with it.

groits is too expensive. I use this companys product http://www.ppcbest.com/ They work great. I also use www.autogeek.net Give those a try. The ppc stuff is what I use on my customers cars and my own.

My EE's got me some Griots for Christmas last year, it's good stuff to be sure. It's pricey though!

As long as were on this topic though.... I need someone to clean up the paint on my truck this spring. Any recommendations? For a truck thats a year old the paint looks like shit.... Swirl marks and such all over the place. Ive seen 10 year old vehicles that look better!!!!

I use Poorboys as well. I was a Zaino fanatic for years, until trying Poorboys on the suggestion of some GN guys. I think their detail spray products are the best.

I do still love Zaino's tire dressing though. One of the few out there that doesn't make the tire all snotty looking. Just clean.

I used Zaino for a long time but recently started using Tropicare and have been very impressed with it. 3M has been very easy to use with great results imo as well, most notably the 3M Imperial Glaze. I also use Race Glaze between full detailing, their Polish and Sealant is awesome for quick polish as it goes on very smooth and doesnt dust up on the way off.
