classifieds posting need help

I am trying to respond to a posting in the classifieds section. I dont have 100 posts yet, so I am told it needs to be approved by a moderator? Who do I need to contact to get a post approved? The seller wants me to claim the item in the ad, but i cant.

I was pm'ing him. But he wanted me to claim it in the ad.. it's all good now Cryptic took care of the issue, and i got with the seller.
