Since there are so many people interested in photography information lately, I figured I'd make a post with a bunch of the websites that I have found helpful throughout the past year or so that I have been into DSLR. We've got some excellent resources right here in our own backyard but nothing like a little information overload...

A few of these have been referenced by others in various threads but I figured a central collection might be helpful...

Digital Photography School - Good site where people share techniques, offer critique, and even have weekly/monthly assignments that are judged...
http://digital-photography-school.com/

POTN Forums - Another good info site. Technically it's a Canon-based site but alot of the techniques carry over to all cameras.

Fred Miranda Forums - Similar to the above but they offer a lot of lens/gear reviews so you can see actual user opinions on a certain item before you buy it.

Canon DSLR Camera Site - Great Tutorials. This site is centered around a Canon but again, the basic functions seem universal.. where they're located on the camera is different.

Another site similar to the above. Focused around the Canon XT but you can pick up useful info to be used on any platform.

DP Review - Site that reviews and offers user reviews of tons of gear from all manufacturers.
http://www.dpreview.com

Photozone - This site features many in-depth reviews of lenses. More info than you could ever want to know actually...
http://www.photozone.de

Pixel-Peeper - offers lens reviews, sample images, etc.

These were just the ones I have bookmarked. More might come to mind later... :D
