Re-drilling wheels?

does anyone know a place LOCALLY that redrills wheels?

Say someone wants to run BMW Wheels on a mustang i know i've seen wheels get redrilled. anyone know of a place that does it?

I would guess that any of the better resto/body places could do that......

what wheels specifically? most of the bimmer wheels run around 40+mm offset, unless 5/7 series and 95-04 stang was 25mm+.

What does that have to do with re-drilling them? I don't know that anyone would waste their time and money with the work if the offset would prevent fitment.

Well, there not going on a mustang, it's just the same lug pattern.

they would be going on a 5lug 240sx (which shares the lug pattern as a 5 lug mustang)

oh very cool. I just had a hard time imagining alot of the popular bimmer styles on a stang.

Any machine shop with a CNC Mill should be able to do it.

what about adapters? would that mess with the offset too much? BMW's are 5x120'ish? and the 240 should be 5x114.3? right?

I'm gonna go ahead and say that this would look stupid. you'd have ten hole "uni-lug" beemer wheels on your car. get the hubs and rotors on the car redrilled to match the wheels.


Edit: At one time I had a wild hair to put IROC wheels on my stang. After thinking about it I concluded getting rotors, axles and drums drilled for the chevy plot pattern was the easiest way to do this.
