BTW those aren't chips or marks. It's dirt/small pine needles from being used. Didn't have the camera right after I did it. It's been about 2 weeks now. I used 3 of the 4 bottles. Probably gonna spray the inside of the tailgate, light bar, bumpers, flares, and CJ mirrors with the last one.

Never heard of the stuff before. I can tell you the best I've ever used is Durabak and I regret it as well.

It's a upol raptor kit. Goes for around $110 shipped on ebay. Comes with 4 bottles of the stuff, 1 can of hardener, and the spray gun. Like I said 3 bottles did 4 nice coats on the interior. This stuff isn't like rhyno lyner where it's like sand paper. Also it wont sun fade like rhyno liner either.

You can also buy it tintable and dye it to whatever color you want. My buddy in AZ has been running his for 7 months now with no problems, peeling, chipping, or anything. :thumbsup

Hmm. Never seen it before. I painted my mud truck inside and out using Durabak (one of the original urethane bedliners) that had the UV treatment in it. It was the smooth kind (no rubber chunks). It faded really bad. I ended up spraying over it with Krylon.

My buddies wrangler is kept outside and he sprayed his 6" pocket flares with Raptor. 7 Months and counting in the AZ sun and no fading.

Guy rolled his nissan rock crawler with herc and it faded 2 months later. Kinda looked grey, and the rhyno got mud stained easily too.

Is there any limitation on how thick you can spray the stuff on?

Leave the drain holes open?

Nope. You just have to follow the 1 hour flash period. I'd guess mines around 1/8" thick by where the feet go.

I removed the plugs before spraying it. I've been missing a few since I went river crossing in AZ. I actually just ordered a new set of floor plugs for $4 shipped on ebay.
