I just got hte UPR chrome molly K member setup with the coil overs and tubular a-arms, does anyone know if i Need to run a bumpsteer kit with a manual rack?? I have no objection to running one, but if i dont need to then thats $150 saved :thumbsup
Yes your going to want a bumpsteer kit. Running skinnys isn't too bad but the wider the tires on the front the more you'll feel the car self steer. Under braking into a corner is the worst but it's not a good feeling go straight at 130mph either. I would also run solid center drilled rack bushings and a MM steering shaft if funds permit.
http://stangsuspension.com is going to have the best prices. Tell him your a Corral.net member and you'll get a discount also.
