If you are looking for analysis tubes, read below, otherwise you will be spending alot more.

If these are for booze, and human consumption, I would look at Polypropylene test tubes. You can use polystyrene, but that is your call. Polypropylene will be cheaper.

20ml tubes are usually 16mm x 150mm
27ml tubes are usually 18mm x 150mm

On average, 25-27ml tubes are around $1.00 each when purchased in a 72-pack case of Pyrex glass ones.

20ml and 27ml tubes are the most used for shots.

You should be able to get a test tube rack for 48 to 100 spots x 16mm test tubes for around $40.00-50.00. The 18mm diameter tube racks are around the same price.

20ml 16mm x 150mm Polypropylene disposible test tubes can be found in a range of prices from $100-125 for a box of 250, and around $215 for a box of 1000. I also found polystyrene 20ml box of 1000 for $125. (http://www.labdepotinc.com/Product_Details~id~68~pid~50224.aspx)

27ml 18mm x 150mm Polypropylene disposible test tubes are a bit more expensive $118 for 250.
