I had to sell my Strim to get my engine back together.
Anyone want to give me some power guesstimates on my combo.
347 9.5:1 comp
Anderson B-31 cam
1.72:1 RR
TFS heads stg 3 port 2.02/1.60
RPM intake ported should I run it with out the spacer?
70mm TB
75mm prom
42# inj
AC & Smog pump delete
T5 17# flywheel
4.10:1 gears
1 5/8 headers X pipe flows with 2 1/2 tailpipes
I am hoping 325-350whp
I am keeping the B-31 becasue a few months down the road I will probably go with a turbo kit.

cam specs and flow data on the heads?

I think the B-31 is .544 lift 222/228 duration
The heads flow right around 300@ .600

I will stick with 340 max. The low compression will hurt the NA numbers, but its not an NA motor so I wouldnt worry about it.

Yeah I figure I should have enough to run mid 12's on motor
And plan to run 150hp dry shot until I can do the turbo upgrade.

I would guess around there around 350 to the tires as well...that's some good flow numbers....

Why not ditch that cam and get a custom grind? That would be alot more helpful down the road.

150 dry is alot. If you plan on getting a blower again a wet kit would be better for you. Still a 150 dry is alot to shoot with having your injectors pick up the slack.
Id try to do a wet kit just for peace of mind. Since you problably have a 255 and a booster pump already in it.

he has 42lb inj. a 150hp dry shot is nothing, now 350hp dry shot is another story :wooo

I have an A1000 and 8&6 lines nothing to worry about for fuel.

Waste of money at this point. I wouldnt bother with a custom grind until the combo is settled as far as boost numbers and such.

As did I my friend, as did I.
