Cheap and/or good place for tire balancing?

Noticed gobs of vibration when I turned down my radio volume. All my weights are missing from the wheels, making a racket.

OK, sorry - my Hawk's only halfway through hibernation.
I meant for my truck. As long as they don't mis-balance them, it's cool.
But I'll keep that place in mind for my new 285/17-40s when I replace my 41K baldies.
