Was really looking forward to taking some nice pictures, since its been awhile, but the show was really crowded. Hard to take a good picture when kids are running around the cars streaking their hands across them, but none the less persistance pays off and these are my better shots from the day.

I like everyone getting creative with their car shots lately. Nothing like bokeh in front of AND behind a perfectly focused subject. Nice work.

Am I the only one that thinks the Stingray Prototype is the ugliest to come out of Detroit?

I thought the exact same thing, then I saw it in person, it really is a pretty cool looking car.

GREAT shots!!! That first one and the bumblebee shot are great!

it looks like the first shot you artificually imposed the bokeh? (looks like it from the sharp shadow under the rear of the car.)
Perfect lighting on just about all of those. That green chevy at the end was almost too neat looking to not get a picture of!

I appreciate all input, but def from guys like you and goat. You got it right with that first picture, photoshop came into play. I was playing around with different filters/distortions and just really liked how that one came out.

I shot without a flash all day, everything was lit extremely well or compensated for in PS.

And yea, the chevy couldnt be passed, the color and lighting on it were perfect.

the lambos were gorgeous, matte was definitely the finish of choice for several cars at the auto show, looked very good.
