I thought the Aveos were built in Korea, hence the K starting their VIN's...but it's true, most GM cars are built in Mexico or Canada, or Australia like mine.

It seems like most "domestic" cars are imports and most "imports" are domestic.

If I really want American, I'll buy a Honda.

i would buy an old beater car for 200 dollars and get my girlfriend a new car. she is ready for one. maybe they knew that people like myself would do things like that

Any car I own MUST be a minimum of 20 years old....I doubt I'm helping the economy, but hell, I'm definately "recycling!"
