I'm a teacher, so I don't have much to offer. I have tutored kids before and don't mind phone calls if your child has a question on homework - especially math because they are teaching methods now that I wasn't even taught when I was their age and finally learned in college.

I am a degreed Mechanical Engineer, but I do a bit of everything.

For fun, I fabricate small items for my car and I build websites.

I have access to a full line of vendors and I am able to source items such as raw materials, tooling, paint, powder coating, fabrication, electrical supplies, shop tools, vehicle lifts, liquid pumps, logic controllers, solenoids, switches, enclosures, you name it.

Through a network of business owners I have access to many resources and I try to assist in any way possible.

I'm an Electrical Engineer.

I work on computers for a living. Well, more like servers. I spend about 5% of my time on workstations and about 95% of my time on software and servers... AKA general system administration. My servers control the grid.

Pretty knowledgeable about anything Microsoft-based. Except Exchange. I hate Exchange. Working with Exchange is a lot like continually riding a roller coaster--you either get bored or barf your brains out.

I know a fair amount about SunOS/Solaris and real UNIX... like FreeBSD. Know Apple crap pretty well as long as it uses FreeBSD/Darwin.

I mostly fix computers for a side job. Haven't charged anyone yet though. I haven't decided if I'm going to pursue starting a business doing it here in Wisconsin. Seems like everyone and their brother has an IT consulting business and while I could probably make a killing fixing other people's fuckups I don't know if I want the headache. I'd almost rather work at Blain's stocking shelves for extra dollars. Now that the economy is bad I don't know if I want to bother trying to compete with the influx of fired Firedogs.

I was ASE certified in Michigan... all expired now. My Dad and I built a house doing everything except the block work and welding the beam. Fairly decent at carpentry and mediocre at cabinetry. Built a couple offroad trucks that got some magazine time. At the end of the day I'm a treasure chest of useless information. I'm not an expert at anything but I pick up stuff pretty quick.

What I'm saying is that I dabble in all sorts of weird stuff. Like home theater, home security, and home automation. Did I mention I cast my own bullets? I said I was weird.

Now I'm a lay-z-boy racer and web wheeler extraordinaire. So, essentially, if you don't need me to look at your computer instead of one of the other 30 computer-related people here at BCM I'm worthless to you.

I'm in financial operations - specifically indirect/direct revenue growth via new money and old money within our institution. I don't work in the branch, per say, as I'm on the executive side of things - but I work along side all of the head honchos of lending/investing so I am very familiar with those products and services and or have the ability to get answers quickly.

I can do residential electrical work. I have a certificate in residential wiring, but stopped doing it a couple years ago because I have a bad knee, I got laid off and took it as a sign to get out while I had the chance. You have to pull your own permits and I only garauntee it will pass inspection and work properly. I am by no means a contractor but I know what I am doing and have my own tools. I've wired a few additions here and there since I got out of the trade, and wired my dad's garage.

I also know how to put together computers, but I would imagine a lot of people on here know how.
