here is the deal i went out to the barn to grab some tools from my smaller tool chest and noticed that a bunch of my shit was missing. whether it was my brother or his friends somebody took a bunch of my tools. im looking for a medium sizes tool chest i needs to be bullet proof as in nobody except myself can get into it. i intend on buying it with my tax refund.

any ideas of a chest that would be what im looking for.

Build your own. I haven't seen a box off the assembly line yet that any respectable wrench turner can't get into.

Yeah, research sliders. Last time I looked at commercial sliders they were pretty cheap (like what you find in high-end kitchen cabinetry).

Steel has gotten cheap. You can buy a cheap brake from harbor freight or northern tool to bend up the drawers. A 110v wirefeed can build it.

It's labor intensive but someday that's what I'm going to do.

i have a friend who has a ton of 1/4 steel plates.. i might have to take over his garage. im sick and ******* tired of my sockets going missing , my impact wrench being left out and shit being moved around

Use your tax return to adopt a pit bull and some dog food to guard your stuff. (:
