some of you know, some of dont but i have a project car.. it needs to be painted when im done.."hopefully this summer" im starting to look into colors that i like. i will say the car is a fox body mustang. well i will have 2 of them by summer one of the two is a doner car.. im just waiting for my tax return. i digress. so i have a few ideas of colors i want to paint it. here are a few that i like so far. suggestions are welcome.
part of me likes the idea of this style paint. its real stealthy and sleeper.
if i where to choose this color i would gloss black the engine bay and the underbody. make everything but the outside just butter.

im a sucker for orange or possibly a 2 tone with black.

you cant go wrong with flat black, but im not sure if it will look quite right on a foxbody stang.....
My favorite? Bright Atlantic Blue... I believe the ford paint code is k7

^^^Hotness.
Blue is my favorite color. I'd say sonic blue, but thats done to death. This Bright Atlantic has a nice variance in color depending upon the light and angle its shining at

I like the orange/black idea. Maybe a yellow pin to separate the two.

I think flat black will make it look like so many of the used and abused, rusty shitty faded fox bodys you see running around.

X2 thats usually what i think of the "flat/matte black" finish
i think if you did the orange on the bottome and black on the top with a silver/gray line between it would look good.

That two toned with that blue would be hot. I'm not talking half and half, I was going to have the car primarily the silver, with blue accents here and there on certain contours of the hood, ground effects.....etc

Dark blue with flat black stripes (pin or racing). I think darker colors look best on fox body's.

If you decide on flat black, be prepared......it is WAY more of a pain in the ass to get right than you'd ever believe possible. But......TOTALLY worth it!

i love the frosted look. on almost all colors. the idea of a orange-ish red color frosted more towards red.. but i want black added maybe gloss black racing stripes.. i want something different.. something you look at and you say, " hmmm thats kinda cool" then you see it later and you say," i really like that" lol
